Frog Pond Trail Workday
feb 7, 2026
9:00 a. m.

The 5-mile Frog Pond Trail takes you through oak woodlands to a small pond - said to have some very large frogs living in and around its shores - and provides users with fabulous views of Cortina Ridge, Glascock Mountain, Cache Creek, and stunning Blue Oak woodlands. The trail to the pond is in good shape but attention is needed for the backside of the trail which leads hikers beyond the pond. Work will consist of brushing - cutting branches and clearing obstacles that have blocked passage. Participants should wear long pants, long sleeves, hiking boots or sturdy shoes, and expect some poison oak. There will be no tread work or heavy lifting.

Please contact Nate (nlillge@tuleyome.org) if you have questions about the event.
