Nature and You: The McLaughlin Reserve – Research, Teaching, and Land Stewardship in the Heart of the Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument

Our July Nature and You speaker is Cathy Koehler, Reserve Director of the McLaughlin Reserve, a 7,000 acre UC Davis-managed reserve located between Lake Berryessa and the Cache Creek Wilderness. In her talk, Cathy will provide an overview of the history of the reserve (a former gold mining site), talk about what makes it special from an ecological point of view, and will highlight ongoing projects at McLaughlin.

Join us on Zoom at 7pm on July 23rd to hear Cathy’s talk. Please register for the event to receive the Zoom link. I will send out the link on the afternoon of July 23rd. If you register after 3pm on 7/23 or if you have unsubscribed from Tuleyome's emails, please contact Geoff at gbenn@tuleyome.org for the link.

This is a free event, however a donation of $10 or more is suggested to help support Tuleyome’s programs. If you have any questions, please reach out to Geoff Benn at gbenn@tuleyome.org.
